We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our Customer centre or website, then please contact us by either:

In addition to your legal rights we also allow you to return non-sale products (save for bespoke/made to order monogrammed products) if you simply change your mind. You will need to return the unused products in their original packaging with a returns form to us within 21 days of purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit so we advise sending the products by recorded delivery.
If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.
Only products purchased from Holistic Silk are returnable to Holistic Silk. Please return items to: Holistic Silk Limited, Corentin, Tintagel Road, Boscastle, Cornwall PL35 0AR.
If purchased elsewhere please contact the original place of purchase about returning your item.
We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
We will pay the costs of returns if the products are faulty. In all other circumstances (including when you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the cost of return.
