Delivery
Standard UK delivery (2-5 days) £4.95
Next day UK delivery by 1pm £7.50
Saturday UK delivery by 1pm £12.00
European Union (approx. 5 days) £10.00
USA and rest of the World (approx. 5 days) £14.00
For UK next day deliveries orders must be received by 3pm and are available for orders placed Monday - Friday.
NB: you need to select 'UK Saturday delivery' after 3pm on a Thursday and up till 3pm on a Friday if you want it next day, otherwise your order will be sent on a standard next day for delivery on Monday. When there is a bank holiday Monday, standard next day orders placed after 3pm on a Thursday and up to 3pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
Please note Overseas customers will be contacted with an ad hoc delivery charge quote when ordering Lavender Neck Rolls and Yoga Rug Mats due to the weight and dimensions of these products.

Sizing Guide
We recommend that you follow our slipper size guide, however if your feet are particularly narrow we recommend you drop a shoe size and if very wide add a shoe size.
Gift Wrap
We offer a gift wrap service for £4.00. Gift wrapped items have an extra layer of decadent wrapping to conceal product descriptions and a personalised message. Add your message to 'special delivery instructions' in the checkout.

Care - Cleaning and Maintenance
To keep your products at their best try to remove make up before use.
Product aroma can be easily rejuvenated in Eye Pillows, Lavender Neck Rolls etc by simply rolling between your hands or finding the lavender in your Eye Mask and gently squeezing it between your fingers.
Using a damp cloth as you go along will prolong apperance and avoid you having to dry clean your products too often - once dry cleaned you will need to place Lavender essential oil on motifs or ribbons to maintain the fragrance. NB Never put essential oils against your eyes.

Colours
Colours do look different on every computer screen you see therefore silk shades may vary slightly from the actual product.
Motifs
Certain silk products (eg Eye Masks) come with a motif, either dragonfly or blossom.
Please state if you have a motif preference.
Brocade
We try to show you the exact brocade you will receive, however as our fabrics are limited edition this is not always possible but the base colour will always remain the same.
Safety
Please note this product range has been designed for use by adults, no items are toys and should be kept away from unsupervised children and used as directed. Please do follow our guidelines when it is suggested you consult a professional and do not hesitate to call us with any queries. The Magnetic soles should be worn for only a few hours a day rather than all the time to be the most effective. You can easily remove the magnetic insoles from our slippers. Before wearing magnets, consult a doctor if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or a defibrillator.
NB None of our products are designed for using in a microwave.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchased item we can offer you an exchange or refund so long as goods are returned to us by recorded delivery within 14 days. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit so please do keep your postage registration/tracking documents. Your postage will only be refunded if your goods are faulty. Sale items can only be exchanged.
Please note we will only accept items returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Only products purchased from Holistic Silk are returnable to us. If purchased elsewhere please return to the original store you bought your items.

You can wash the Yoga Rug Mat at 30-40 degrees in a washing machine, using a natural/eco washing liquid will prolong and preserve the Lavender aroma for a couple of washes. Simply sprinkle essential oil onto the Fleece side ogf the Yoga Rug Mat to enhance the lavender fragrance once it fades away.
